Baked Pasta with Turkey and Broccoli

A fantastic way to use up leftover turkey, this recipe is made with pasta, broccoli and other ingredients for an amazing result. After an hour you can add a little more cheese on top and then return the dish to the oven to melt it.

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups uncooked pasta shapes
  • 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
  • 10¾ oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz fresh broccoli florets
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine the pasta, turkey, soup (not diluted), milk, broccoli, 1 cup of the cheese, and the black pepper.
  3. Pour this mixture into a 2 quart baking dish.
  4. Cover and cook for an hour or until the pasta is tender.
  5. Uncover and sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheese on top, then bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
