  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 sliced green bell pepper
  • 8 oz drained pineapple rings, quartered
  • 6 oz cooked ham, in strips
  • ½ lb shredded pepper jack cheese
  • ¼ cup pizza sauce
  • Cooking spray
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Spray the cooking spray over a 14 inch pizza pan, shaping the dough to fit.
  3. Spread the sauce over the crust, then add the pepper jack cheese, ham and pineapple.
  4. Arrange the green bell pepper slices on top of that and bake the ham and pineapple pizza until the crust is golden.
  5. This will take about 20 minutes.
  6. Let the pizza cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
