  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 ½ cups of warm water
  • 1 ½ tablespoons of yeast
  • 1 12 oz can of tomato sauce
  • 1 pound of Gouda cheese
  • ¼ pound of sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • ½ pound of ham
  • ½ pound of mushrooms
Instructions
  1. The first thing to prepare is the dough, and this is done by mixing the warm water with the yeast in a small bowl. In a larger bowl, combine the yeast mixture with the olive oil and flour. Knead the resulting ball of dough thoroughly, and set it aside in a bowl to rise.
  2. Open the can of tomato sauce and set it in a saucepan to simmer on the stove for an hour at low heat.
  3. Grate the cheese, slice the mushrooms, chop the onions, cut up the bell peppers, and cut the ham and sun dried tomatoes into small pieces.
